29 April 2020 - A Word From The Pastors Desk
Pastor Eugene Hor challenges us by reminding us that our daily prayer life or lack of it is an indicator of who we’re actually depending on in our lives each day. Prayer according to Jesus is the daily posture of a heart that's dependent on God.
Empathy: Listening & Loving Well
Welcome to Christian community – an eclectic mix of broken, sinful, yet redeemed people. Church is beautiful in its testament of God’s salvation of the world, yet has all the hallmarks of living in a fallen world. People make up the church, and it is these same people like you and I who bring with them mountainous baggage, unspoken sins and unheard anxieties as they walk through the doors every Sunday, into every CG and meetup. Yet, we are called to love and to carry one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2) in the midst of the mess – how do we better show empathy? How can we share and understand the emotions of others?

Changes To Small Group Meetings Covid 19
We are not a people without hope or without God, and we are certainly not a people without a community! The elders and pastors have met online last night and have decided to make several changes to all small group meetings at GracePoint and will be looking at working out ways to keep us ‘meeting’ together in the weeks and the months ahead.
Covid-19 Small Group Hosting Guidelines
In light of advice from NSW Health, we’ve decided to put some protective measures in place at all our GracePoint gatherings (Sunday worship in small groups, community groups, ACG micro-groups). Out of love for each other we want our gatherings to be a place where those who come are safe and looked after.
Changes To Church Services - Covid19 Update
Because of Covid-19 things have been rapidly changing. The elders and I believe it’s important to let you know of our plans from next Sunday that we believe would be best for GracePoint and the wider community.
